While you can find a wide variety of salt sizes available from fine to extra coarse grain, we like the small grain as we feel that this is best size to use in baking, cooking, grilling, seasoning and for making your own spice rubs.
Himalayan sea salt is a dry salt and ranges in color from white to a reddish pink. It makes an excellent cooking salt and can also be sued in a salt mill as a finishing salt.
